Upper Circuit Stocks Today – 10 May, 2024

On Friday, the benchmark indices were trading in the green with the Sensex up around 420 points or 0.58% at 72,825, while the Nifty-50 was up around 100 points or 0.45% at 22,057. About 1,557 shares have advanced; 1,405 declined and 117 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers on the BSE Sensex index:

The top Sensex gainers were ITC Ltd, Asian Paints Ltd and JSW Steel Ltd while the top Sensex losers were Larsen & Toubro Ltd, HCL Technologies Ltd and Infosys Ltd

The indices in the broader markets were trading mixed with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.03% and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 0.27%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Abbott India Ltd and Endurance Technologies Ltd. In contrast, Sat Industries Ltd and Rattan India Power Limited were the top small-cap gainers.

The BSE Fast Moving Consumer Goods Index was the top gaining among the sectoral indices and the BSE Realty Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Fast Moving Consumer Goods Index gained by 1.80%, up by TVS Motors Ltd and Venky’s (India) Ltd and Manorama Industries Ltd while the BSE Realty Index is down by 1.50% dragged by Sobha Ltd and Macrotech Developers Ltd.

In the pre-opening session, these three stocks were trending: Castrol India Ltd, Zen Technologies Ltd and Jupiter Wagons Ltd.
