Hyderabad-based finance software company Bluecopa has raised $7.5 million in a Series A funding round. As per news reports, the investment was led by Singapore-based Analog Partners, with existing backers Blume Ventures and Dallas Venture Capital also participating.
This follows a $1.8 million pre-Series A round raised in 2024. With the latest capital infusion, the company has raised a total of $11.6 million since it was founded.
Bluecopa said the funds raised will be used to further develop its product, with a focus on autonomous finance operations. The company also plans to expand its presence across Asia Pacific, North America, and the Middle East.
The expansion is for supporting enterprise customers that are reassessing how they manage finance operations across regions.
Bluecopa was founded in 2021 by Satya Prakash, Raghavendra Reddy, and Nilotpal Chanda. The company develops software used by finance teams to manage day-to-day accounting and reporting work.
The firm operates in the finance operations and automation space, where companies are increasingly looking to reduce reliance on manual processes, spreadsheets, and multiple disconnected systems.
Bluecopa provides a cloud-agnostic finance operations platform that covers functions such as reconciliations, financial close, reporting, payables, and receivables. The company says its platform is designed to handle these processes on a continuous basis rather than through periodic, batch-driven cycles.
Its proprietary system, Samyx AI, is used to run these workflows while maintaining audit trails, data lineage, and internal controls. According to the company, the platform can automate a large share of reconciliation tasks and support ongoing financial close activities.
