
Yes Bank reported strong growth for the March 2026 quarter (Q4 FY26), supported by higher income, better margins and improving asset quality.
The bank posted a standalone net profit of ₹1,068 crore, up 44.7% YoY.
Net Interest Income (NII) grew 16% YoY to ₹2,637.7 crore. Net Interest Margin (NIM) improved to 2.7%, rising 20 basis points YoY and 10 basis points sequentially due to lower deposit costs.
Pre-provision operating profit rose 23.11% YoY to ₹1,618 crore, and for the full FY26, operating profit grew 29.4% YoY to ₹5,506 crore.
Provisions stood at ₹187.55 crore in Q4FY26, lower than ₹318.07 crore last year, reflecting improved recoveries and better asset quality.
