Wipro Limited announced its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The company reported gross revenue of ₹235.6 billion, marking a 3.8% quarter-on-quarter growth and 5.5% year-on-year increase.
The IT services segment recorded revenue of $2.64 billion, up 1.2% QoQ and 0.2% YoY. In constant currency terms, IT services revenue grew 1.4% QoQ, though it declined 1.2% YoY.
Wipro’s IT services operating margin stood at 17.6%, improving by 0.9 percentage points sequentially and 0.1 percentage points year-on-year, marking its best margin performance in the last few years.
Net income for the quarter came in at ₹31.2 billion, down 3.9% QoQ and 7.0% YoY. Adjusted for the impact of labour code changes, net income increased to ₹33.6 billion, showing 3.6% QoQ growth and remaining flat year-on-year.
Total deal bookings during the quarter stood at $3.3 billion, while large deal bookings were $0.9 billion. Operating cash flows remained strong at ₹42.6 billion, which was 135.4% of net income, reflecting healthy cash generation.
Voluntary attrition was 14.2% on a trailing twelve-month basis.
CEO and MD Srini Pallia said the company delivered broad-based growth in line with expectations. He highlighted that Wipro Intelligence and AI-led platforms played a key role in deal wins, with increased adoption of AI-enabled solutions across clients.
CFO Aparna Iyer noted that margin expansion and strong cash flow reflect improved execution discipline. She also announced that the Board declared an interim dividend of ₹6 per share, taking the total payout for the year to $1.3 billion.

Wipro expects IT services revenue in the range of $2.64 billion to $2.69 billion for the quarter ending March 31, 2026. This implies 0% to 2% sequential growth in constant currency terms.

The stock opened at ₹263.25, touched an intraday high of ₹269.80, and a low of ₹263.00. The stock has a dividend yield of 3.56%, with a quarterly dividend of ₹2.37 per share. Over the past year, Wipro has traded between a 52-week high of ₹324.60 and a 52-week low of ₹228.00.
Wipro delivered steady growth in Q3FY26 with improving margins, strong cash flows, and consistent deal wins. With increasing AI adoption and disciplined execution, the company remains well-positioned for stable growth in the coming quarters.
