
Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited reported a robust financial performance for FY26, driven by strong execution in its solar EPC business.
Revenue from operations more than doubled to ₹3,331.42 crore, marking a growth of 108.51% compared to ₹1,597.75 crore in FY25. The company’s EBITDA also surged to ₹641.10 crore, up 106.21% year-on-year.
Profit after tax stood at ₹478.65 crore, registering a significant growth of 109.09% over the previous year.
In the fourth quarter, the company continued its strong growth trajectory. Revenue from operations rose sharply to ₹1,102.40 crore, a 131.31% increase compared to ₹476.58 crore in Q4 FY25. EBITDA grew by 63.71% to ₹206.82 crore, while profit after tax increased by 66.08% to ₹155.72 crore.
Despite the strong growth in earnings, EBITDA margins declined compared to the previous year.
Waaree Renewable’s order book remains strong, with an unexecuted capacity of 2.83 GWp scheduled for execution over the next 12 to 15 months. The company’s bidding pipeline has also expanded significantly, reaching over 36 GWp. This provides strong visibility for future revenues and highlights sustained demand for solar EPC services.
The company has secured several new orders, including 420 MWp, 35 MWp, and 14 MWp ground-mounted solar power projects. These wins reinforce its leadership position in the solar EPC segment. Additionally, Waaree Renewable is expanding into emerging areas such as Battery Energy Storage Systems and data centres, diversifying its growth avenues.
