This was followed by another purchase of 1,88,00,000 shares on February 1, 2026, at an average price of ₹11.13 per share. The latest purchase on February 2 added 45,00,000 shares to his holding.

Vodafone Idea shares extended gains for a 2nd consecutive session and were trading at a 1 month high level. The stock has risen 18% from its recent low but remains about 10% below its 52 week high of ₹12.80, which was recorded on December 31, 2025.
As of December 2025, Kumar Mangalam Birla held a 0.02% stake in Vodafone Idea, representing around 1,94,00,000 shares. The promoter group collectively held a 25.5% stake in the company.
As of February 10, 2026, at 12:22 PM, Vodafone Idea share price on NSE was trading at ₹11.51 down by 0.60% from the previous closing price.
