As part of the voluntary engagement, Adani Enterprises, through its legal counsel, received a Request for Information from OFAC on February 4, 2026, India time, corresponding to February 3, 2026, United States time. The communication was shared via email and formally disclosed through Form A.

The Request for Information indicates that OFAC is conducting a civil investigation into certain transactions processed through United States financial institutions.
These transactions may have involved, directly or indirectly, Iran or entities subject to United States sanctions. The period referenced in the communication spans from June 2023 to the present.
The company stated that there are no expected financial implications arising from the communication. Liquefied Petroleum Gas operations accounted for 1.46% of the company’s revenue and 0.5% of the Adani Group’s overall revenue in FY 2024 to 2025. As a precautionary measure, the company ceased all LPG imports effective June 2, 2025.
The disclosure clarifies that the communication does not identify any aberrations, non compliances, penalties, restrictions, or sanctions. Adani Enterprises confirmed that it is voluntarily engaging and fully cooperating with OFAC and will provide the requested information.
