Tata Chemicals Limited has announced its decision to issue non-convertible debentures (NCDs) amounting to ₹1,500 crore.
This issuance will be conducted on a private placement basis and is set to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
The company will issue 1,50,000 NCDs, each with a face value of ₹1,00,000, aggregating to a total of ₹1,500 crore.
The NCDs are classified as listed, unsecured, rated, redeemable, taxable, and non-cumulative. The issuance will be conducted on a private placement basis, targeting eligible investors.
The NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Debt Segment of the NSE. The deemed date of allotment is December 17, 2025, with a maturity period of 2 years and 364 days from this date. The redemption will occur in a bullet repayment at maturity.
The NCDs will offer a fixed-rate coupon, determined through price bidding on the NSE's Electronic Bidding Platform (EBP).
The interest will be paid annually, except for the final maturity, where it will be payable on the redemption date. As these NCDs are unsecured, no charge or security is created over assets.
The NCDs have been rated "CARE AA+ / Stable" by CARE Ratings Limited and "CRISIL AA+/Stable" by CRISIL Ratings Limited.
There are no special rights, interests, or privileges attached to these instruments, and no delay or default in payment is anticipated.
