The allotment follows a Board-approved borrowing plan of ₹65,000 crore for FY 2025–26.
NCD Structure and Key Terms
HUDCO issued Series E 2025 non-convertible debentures with a 7-year tenor and redemption scheduled for December 12, 2032.

The NCDs offer a coupon rate of 1% per annum with annual interest payments every 12 December, starting 2026 through 2032. Investors applying ahead of allotment are eligible for interest on application money at the coupon rate. All securities were allotted through the uniform yield method with settlement structured on a T+2 cycle.
Allotment, Listing and Utilisation
The deemed date of allotment was fixed as December 12, 2025, with a proposed listing on BSE within the standard market timeframe. Minimum subscription was set at ₹1 crore, with additional investment in multiples of ₹1 lakh.
The entire ₹2,500 crore raised will be deployed towards HUDCO’s ongoing lending operations, repayment or refinancing of existing borrowings, and broader business activities. The issue forms part of the organisation’s wider FY26 borrowing strategy aimed at supporting infrastructure-linked financing.
