
Suzlon Energy Limited has reported its unaudited consolidated financial results for Q3 FY26, highlighting quarter on quarter, year on year, and 9 month performance changes. The results were disclosed as part of the company’s regulatory filing dated February 5, 2026.
During Q3 FY26, Suzlon Energy recorded total income of ₹4,258.61 crore, reflecting a 9.3% increase compared with ₹3,897.33 crore in Q2 FY26. Profit before tax stood at ₹566.75 crore, showing a marginal rise of 0.8% from ₹562.50 crore in the previous quarter.
Net profit for the quarter declined sequentially to ₹445.28 crore from ₹1,279.44 crore in Q2 FY26, representing a reduction of 65.2% on a quarter on quarter basis.
On a year on year basis, total income increased by 41.9% from ₹3,002.36 crore in Q3 FY25 to ₹4,258.61 crore in Q3 FY26. Profit before tax rose by 44.8% to ₹566.75 crore from ₹391.33 crore.
Net profit for the quarter increased by 14.8% compared with ₹387.76 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
For the 9-month period ended FY26, Suzlon Energy reported total income of ₹11,321.13 crore, up 57.9% from ₹7,167.94 crore in the same period of FY25. Profit before tax increased to ₹1,588.48 crore from ₹895.39 crore, reflecting a rise of 77.4%.
Net profit for the 9-month period stood at ₹2,049.04 crore, compared with ₹890.65 crore in the previous year period.

The sequential decline in net profit during Q3 FY26 was influenced by a deferred tax charge of ₹119.17 crore. This compares with a deferred tax credit of ₹718.18 crore recorded in Q2 FY26, while operational profit before tax remained largely stable.
As of February 05, 2026, at 2:14 PM, Suzlon Energy share price on NSE was trading at ₹47.59 down by 4.38% from the previous closing price.
Suzlon Energy’s Q3 FY26 results indicate revenue growth across quarterly, yearly and 9 month periods, with variations in net profit linked to tax related adjustments rather than changes in core operating performance.
