
Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) has announced its third interim dividend for the financial year 2025–26.
The company has declared an interim dividend of ₹1.15 per equity share of face value ₹10 each, translating to a payout of 11.50% per share. The dividend will be paid after deduction of applicable tax deducted at source (TDS), as per prevailing tax regulations.
The company has fixed Saturday, 7 February 2026, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for receiving the interim dividend. Investors holding shares as of the record date will qualify for the dividend payment. The ex-dividend date falls on 6 February 2026, meaning investors must purchase shares before this date to become eligible.
HUDCO has stated that the payment process for the interim dividend will be completed within 30 days from the date of declaration. The dividend amount will be credited directly to shareholders’ bank accounts or dispatched through permitted payment methods.
HUDCO has maintained consistent dividend payouts over the past year. The company paid an interim dividend of ₹1.00 in November 2025 and a final dividend of ₹1.05 in September 2025. Earlier interim dividends included ₹1.15 in August 2025 and ₹1.05 in March 2025, reflecting stable shareholder returns through the year.
