
Hindustan Unilever has reported its consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, showcasing notable growth in both income and profit compared to the previous year.
In the March 2026 quarter, Hindustan Unilever's total income increased by 7.2% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹16,615 crore, compared to ₹15,499 crore in the same quarter last year.
However, the income remained relatively flat quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from ₹16,580 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
The net profit for the March 2026 quarter rose by 21% YoY to ₹2,994 crore, up from ₹2,475 crore a year ago. Despite this annual growth, the profit saw a decline of 54.7% QoQ from ₹6,603 crore in the December 2025 quarter.
For the financial year 2026, Hindustan Unilever's total income rose by 4.6% YoY to ₹65,219 crore, compared to ₹62,345 crore in the previous year.
The net profit for FY26 saw a significant increase of 41.1% YoY, reaching ₹15,059 crore, up from ₹10,671 crore in FY25.
The company has recommended a final dividend of ₹22 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, on equity shares of ₹1 each. Previously, an interim dividend of ₹19 per share was paid on November 20, 2025.
The total dividend for the period amounts to ₹41 per equity share. The record date for determining shareholders' entitlement to the final dividend is set for June 23, 2026.
