With this development, a 100% stake in Wobby BV has been formally acquired. The update was communicated to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
The official communication was addressed to the listing departments of both exchanges and signed by the Company Secretary of HCL Technologies Limited.
