
Ather Energy has announced the appointment of Surabhi Loshali as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), as per exchange filings.
In this role, she will oversee the company’s human resources and administrative functions, supporting Ather’s long-term organisational growth.
Loshali brings over two decades of experience in senior HR leadership, spanning people strategy, organisational development, talent management, transformation initiatives, people analytics, and culture building.
Her background cuts across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, manufacturing, technology, and financial services.
Prior to joining Ather Energy, she served as Group CHRO at Strides Pharma Science, where she led global people initiatives across multiple markets.
As CHRO, Loshali will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen leadership pipelines and build future-ready people systems.
As per news reports, Tarun Mehta said, “At Ather, we’ve always believed that building great products starts with building great teams. As we scale across products, markets, and capabilities, staying focused on long-term organisation building becomes critical.
