Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited reported its Q4FY26 results, reflecting a mixed performance with a sequential decline in profitability but stable growth on a full-year basis.
For the March quarter, revenue from operations came in at ₹455.24 crore, down 4.19% quarter-on-quarter from ₹475.16 crore. Net profit fell sharply by 29.6% QoQ to ₹191.74 crore, compared to ₹272.35 crore in Q3FY26. The decline was largely attributed to a negative “Other Income” component during the quarter.
On a year-on-year basis, however, the company showed resilience. Q4 net profit stood at ₹191.74 crore compared to ₹227.34 crore in Q4FY25, indicating some moderation amid market volatility.
Basic earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter came in at ₹6.64, lower than ₹9.43 in the previous quarter and ₹7.88 in the year-ago period. The sequential dip highlights the impact of non-core income fluctuations rather than core business weakness.
For the full financial year FY26, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹1,830.73 crore, marking a growth of approximately 10.35% over ₹1,659.00 crore in FY25.
Net profit for the year rose 6.59% to ₹985.69 crore, compared to ₹924.72 crore in the previous year. EPS for FY26 stood at ₹34.13 versus ₹32.05 in FY25, reflecting consistent earnings growth despite quarterly volatility.
The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹25.50 per equity share (face value ₹5) for FY26. The payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), and will be disbursed within 30 days if approved.
The record date for the dividend will be announced separately.
