
ACME Solar Holdings Limited announced financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, supported by higher capacity additions, improved utilisation, and strong operational execution.
For FY26, the company reported total revenue of ₹2,507 crore, marking a 59% year-on-year increase. EBITDA rose 61% to ₹2,265 crore, while profit after tax nearly doubled, surging 99% YoY to ₹498 crore.
In Q4FY26, ACME Solar posted revenue of ₹705 crore, up 30.7% compared to the same period last year. EBITDA stood at ₹636 crore with a strong EBITDA margin of 90.2%.
Quarterly PAT increased 13.3% YoY to ₹138 crore, while PAT margin came in at 19.6%. The growth was driven by operational capacity additions and higher capacity utilisation factors.
The company achieved a major milestone by commissioning around 2.3 GWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) capacity, one of the largest in India. The project is currently generating an estimated net realisation of nearly ₹2.2 crore per day.
ACME Solar also fully commissioned its 100 MW wind project, taking total operational capacity to 2,990 MW.
During Q4FY26, the company secured a new 301 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project from Solar Energy Corporation of India.
Total under-construction capacity reached 5,081 MW, while cumulative FY26 PPA-signed capacity stood at 3,280 MW along with 550 MWh standalone BESS.
The company generated 6,464 million units of electricity during FY26, up 61.1% from the previous year. Plant availability remained strong at 99.5%.
ACME Solar also tied up debt of over ₹15,000 crore for under-construction projects and refinanced operational assets to reduce borrowing costs.
On May 8, 2026, ACME Solar share price opened at ₹307.00. At 11:33 AM, the share price of Acme Solar was trading at ₹286.60, down by 4% on the NSE.
