The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) has announced the addition of a new investment product to its MF Invest Platform, further broadening access to advanced investment strategies. Effective April 24, 2026, the Quant SIF Active Asset Allocator Long-Short Fund, a New Fund Offer (NFO) from Quant SIF Mutual Fund, will be available for ongoing transactions.
The move is aimed at enhancing accessibility to sophisticated debt-oriented strategies through a digital-first investment interface, catering to both retail and institutional participants.
Following its initial offering phase, the fund will now reopen for continuous subscriptions and redemptions. Importantly, investors will be able to deploy capital through a range of systematic investment tools, including Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), Systematic Transfer Plans (STPs), and Systematic Withdrawal Plans (SWPs).
These features bring flexibility and liquidity management on par with traditional mutual fund schemes, allowing investors to align their strategies with long-term financial goals while maintaining periodic investment discipline.
The Quant SIF Active Asset Allocator Fund falls under the debt category and offers six variants designed to meet varying investor preferences. These include Direct and Regular plans, along with options such as IDCW (Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal) payout, reinvestment, and growth.
Such diversification ensures that investors can tailor their portfolios based on income requirements, tax considerations, and risk appetite. The inclusion of multiple ISINs for different plan structures further simplifies identification and execution on the platform.
The integration of specialized investment funds into the NSE MF Invest Platform underscores the exchange’s broader push toward digital financial inclusion. By enabling seamless access to complex strategies like long-short debt funds, NSE is bridging the gap between institutional-grade products and retail investors.
This development also reflects growing demand for alternative investment approaches as investors seek diversification beyond traditional equity and plain-vanilla debt instruments.

The launch of the Quant SIF Active Asset Allocator Fund on the NSE platform marks a significant step in democratizing access to advanced investment strategies. With flexible investment options and a robust digital framework, the initiative is likely to attract a wider investor base looking to optimise asset allocation in a dynamic market environment.
