Helios Flexi Cap Fund Exits Ola Electric, LG Electronics and 3 Others, While Increases its Stake in 20 Stocks in January

Helios Flexi Cap Fund, backed by Samir Arora, made notable portfolio adjustments in January 2026, exiting five holdings and increasing exposure to several large cap and mid cap names. 

January Exits and Share Sales of Helios Flexi Cap Fund 

The fund completed a full exit from Ola Electric MobilityLG ElectronicsICICI Lombard General Insurance CompanyHoneywell Automation India and GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals 

It sold approximately 1.16 crore shares of Ola Electric, 2.89 lakh shares of LG Electronics, 2.46 lakh shares of ICICI Lombard, 84,390 shares of GlaxoSmithKline and 8,771 shares of Honeywell.  

No new stocks were added to the portfolio during the month and the fund did not reduce its stake in any other holding. 

Increased Exposure to Selected Stocks 

The fund raised its stake in 20 stocks. Notable additions include 30.40 lakh shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank, bringing the total to 37.14 lakh shares, and 10.50 lakh shares of Eternal, 9.31 lakh shares of Bharat Electronics and 7.64 lakh shares of REC 

Other stocks with higher exposure are Adani Ports and Special Economic ZoneAther EnergyICICI Prudential AMCPaytmReliance Industries and MCX.

Portfolio Composition and Assets Under Management 

At the end of January the fund held 64 stocks, down from 69 in the previous month. As a percentage of assets under management the largest holding was HDFC Bank at about 4.78%, followed by ICICI Bank at 4.62%, Reliance Industries at 4.52% and Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone at 4.03%.  

The fund’s assets under management were reported at ₹5,939.87 crore. The scheme is an open ended dynamic equity fund investing across large cap, mid cap and small cap stocks with the objective of long term capital appreciation. 

Conclusion 

In January 2026, Helios Flexi Cap Fund exited five holdings, increased its exposure to 20 stocks and reduced the total number of holdings to 64 while maintaining assets under management of ₹5,939.87 crore.
