For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, standalone dividend income stood at ₹116.30 crore, and net profit after tax reached ₹121.88 crore. The company reported other comprehensive income of ₹3,090.66 crore, driven mainly by fair value adjustments, resulting in a total equity of ₹31,454.75 crore.
On a consolidated basis, the company earned dividend income of ₹116.44 crore and a share in the profit of associates worth ₹24.49 crore, taking consolidated profit after tax to ₹148.16 crore. Consolidated equity closed at ₹31,789.62 crore.
Earnings per share after the stock split (₹10 to ₹1 face value) stood at ₹2.41 standalone and ₹2.93 consolidated for the quarter, reflecting consistent profitability across reporting periods.
Standalone revenue for Q2FY26 was ₹148.16 crore, representing a 13.08% sequential decline but a 12.08% rise year-on-year. Profit after tax stood at ₹121.88 crore, down 12.46% QoQ but up 21.60% YoY.
Consolidated revenue for the same quarter was ₹153.98 crore, up 5.86% QoQ and 8.07% YoY, with PAT rising 1.27% QoQ and 19.78% YoY to ₹148.16 crore. The company’s six-month consolidated profit reached ₹294.46 crore, a 15.58% increase compared to the previous period.

During the quarter, Tata Investment Corporation completed a stock split, changing its equity share face value from ₹10 to ₹1, effective October 14, 2025. As a registered NBFC, the company continues to operate under a single segment, long-term investments and reports realised profits from investment sales credited to retained earnings.
The company’s robust portfolio performance and dividend receipts from group entities supported its sustained profitability.
The joint statutory auditors issued an unmodified Limited Review Report, confirming that the financial statements present a true and fair view without material misstatements.
