
Jaiprakash Associates Limited (NSE: JPASSOCIAT) has released its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹66,429 lakh for Q2 FY26, broadly stable compared to ₹66,782 lakh in the previous quarter.
Total income rose slightly to ₹72,824 lakh, supported by higher other income. Total expenses stood at ₹98,541 lakh, driven by construction, manufacturing, real estate and hospitality expenses of ₹31,315 lakh and finance costs of ₹22,310 lakh.
The company recorded a loss before tax of ₹1,12,081 lakh due to an exceptional loss of ₹86,364 lakh. Net loss for the quarter came in at ₹1,12,200 lakh. Earnings per share for continuing operations stood at ₹(4.57).
For the half year ended 30 September 2025, total income stood at ₹1,43,195 lakh compared to ₹1,83,915 lakh in the same period last year. Total expenses amounted to ₹1,89,157 lakh, leading to a loss before tax of ₹1,32,326 lakh. The company reported a net loss of ₹1,32,539 lakh for the period, reflecting continued financial pressure driven by operational costs and elevated interest expenses.
On a consolidated basis, Jaiprakash Associates reported total income of ₹74,241 lakh for Q2 FY26 and ₹1,45,773 lakh for the half year. Net profit/loss after tax for the half year was reported at ₹15,743 lakh, compared to a loss of ₹1,32,376 lakh in the previous year. Year-end FY25 consolidated net loss stood at ₹2,82,289 lakh, highlighting ongoing financial restructuring efforts.

Jaiprakash Associates continues to navigate financial challenges with persistent losses driven by high finance costs and exceptional items. While operational revenues remain steady, the company’s profitability outlook hinges on cost reduction measures and balance sheet restructuring.
