HEG Share Price Rises Over 5% Amid Strong Q2FY26 Earnings and Higher Volumes

HEG Limited’s shares advanced sharply on 11 November 2025, buoyed by improved quarterly results and heightened trading activity.
The graphite electrode maker reported strong earnings growth in Q2FY26, supported by higher revenue and one-time investment gains, though margins remained largely stable.

HEG’s stock traded at ₹548.00, marking a 5.53% increase at 1:05 PM on the NSE from the previous close of ₹519.30. The counter witnessed a surge in activity, with average trading volumes rising nearly four times.
The share touched an intraday high of ₹581.70 and a low of ₹531.05, with a VWAP of ₹559.97. Earlier in the year, the stock had hit a 52-week high of ₹622 on 31 July 2025.
HEG Q2 FY26 Quarterly Financial Highlights
In the second quarter of FY26, HEG reported a 23% year-on-year rise in standalone revenue from operations to ₹697 crore.
The company’s EBITDA stood at around ₹118 crore, with EBITDA margins of 17%, marginally lower by 30 basis points compared to the previous quarter.
HEG’s profit after tax (PAT) increased by 82% on a sequential basis, reaching ₹131 crore in Q2FY26.
The earnings included one-time mark to market gains from investments in Graftech ₹86 crore in Q2FY26 and ₹31 crore in Q1FY26.
