HCL Technologies Limited announced its financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, reporting growth across key metrics.
The company’s revenue stood at ₹31,942 crore, marking a 5.2% sequential rise and a 10.7% increase year-on-year. In constant currency (CC) terms, revenue grew 2.4% QoQ and 4.6% YoY, while USD revenue came in at $3,644 million, up 2.8% QoQ and 5.8% YoY.
The company’s Digital business continued to lead growth, rising 15% YoY in CC terms and contributing 42% of overall services revenue. Notably, HCLTech’s Advanced AI segment achieved a significant milestone with quarterly revenue crossing $100 million.
Operating profitability also improved, with EBIT at ₹5,550 crore (17.4% of revenue), up 12.3% QoQ and 3.5% YoY. In USD terms, EBIT was $637 million, while net income (NI) stood at ₹4,235 crore, up 10.2% QoQ and flat on a yearly basis. The company mentioned a 55 basis point impact from restructuring costs during the quarter.
HCLTech reported total contract value (TCV) of $2,569 million, a 41.8% QoQ and 15.8% YoY jump, underscoring strong client traction. For FY26, the company expects overall revenue growth of 3–5% YoY in constant currency, services growth of 4–5%, and an EBIT margin between 17–18%.
The Board of Directors has announced an interim dividend of ₹12 per equity share of ₹2 each for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is set as October 17, 2025, while the payment of the interim dividend will be made on October 28, 2025.
On October 14, 2025, HCLTech share price opened at ₹1,515.40, up from its previous close of ₹1,494.70. At 9:41 AM, the share price of HCLTech was trading at ₹1,518.80, up by 1.61% on the NSE.
