The Board has approved a dividend of ₹1 per equity share for the 2025–26 financial year, with payment scheduled in 11 December.
The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of ₹1 per equity share (face value ₹1) for the financial year 2025–26. The company has set 18 November 2025 as both the record date and ex-date, determining which shareholders qualify for the dividend.
As part of the schedule, the non-deal period runs from 17 to 18 November 2025, in line with compliance procedures.
Ashok Leyland has confirmed that the dividend will be paid on or before 11 December 2025.
Ashok Leyland’s share price stood at ₹148.13, marking a slight decline of ₹0.13 (-0.09%) from the previous close. The stock opened at ₹149.50 and reached an intraday high of ₹149.69, before slipping to a low of ₹147.60.
Investors who hold shares in their demat accounts as of the record date will qualify for the interim dividend. Since the ex-date and record date fall on the same day18 November any purchases made tomorrow will not carry dividend rights.
