Market Update 

In the ongoing trading session, the Sensex is exhibiting a neutral trend, while the Nifty is showing a modest increase of 0.18%. Nifty Midcap is up by 0.28% and Nifty Smallcap is also trading higher by 0.24%.

Noteworthy performers in the current market include Nifty Energy, Nifty Metal, and Nifty PSU Bank, which are among the top gainers. Conversely, Nifty IT, Nifty FMCG, and Nifty Pharma are positioned as the leading losers.

Simplex Castings: Simplex Castings Ltd manufactures SG iron, steel, special alloy castings, C.I. castings and equipment. The stock has experienced a significant spike in trading volume, surging by more than 26 times and getting locked at 20% upper circuit to trade at intraday high of Rs 60.24 per share on the BSE.

Adani Total Gas: ATGL is engaged in City Gas Distribution (CGD) business and supplies natural gas to domestic, commercial, industrial and vehicle users. The stock has seen a substantial increase in trading volume, rising by more than 8.29 times, zooming and getting locked at 20% upper circuit to trade at intraday high of Rs 644.15 per share on the BSE.

M K Exim (India): M.K. Exim (India) Ltd is engaged in the business of manufacturing textiles and fabric. The stock has witnessed a significant surge in trading volume, increasing by more than 8.05 times, surging and getting locked at 20% upper circuit to trade at an intraday high of Rs 120.95 per share on the BSE.

Naturo Indiabull: Naturo Indiabull is in the business of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). The stock has experienced a substantial increase in trading volume, rising by more than 20 times and surging and getting locked at 20% upper circuit to trade at intraday high level of Rs 15.09 per share on the BSE.

Adani Energy Solutions: Adani Energy Solutions is a private sector power transmission and distribution company engaged in the business of establishing, commissioning, setting up, operating and maintaining electric power transmission systems in India. The stock has witnessed a substantial surge in trading volume, increasing by more than 26 times and zooming more than 19% to trade at intraday high level of Rs 870 apiece on the BSE.
