
Omnichannel streetwear brand Bonkers Corner has secured fresh capital as it scales operations in India’s direct-to-consumer fashion market. The company completed its Series A funding round with participation from institutional and angel investors.
As per Entrackr report, Bonkers Corner raised ₹95 crore (about $10.5 million) in its Series A round led by India SME Investment Fund. The round also saw participation from Radhakrishna Ramnarain Pvt Ltd, Namita Thapar, and more than 20 additional investors.
According to company filings, the board of Bad Brains Streetstyle Pvt Ltd, the parent entity of Bonkers Corner, approved the allotment of 3,12,644 Series A CCPS at an issue price of ₹3,038 per share to raise the capital.
India SME Investment Fund contributed ₹64.5 crore (around $7.15 million) in the round, while Radhakrishna Ramnarain Pvt Ltd invested ₹17.8 crore. Investor Rajesh Raheja added ₹3 crore to the round.
Meanwhile, Namita Thapar, a judge on Shark Tank India, invested ₹50 lakh through Thapar Vision LLP, completing her previously announced ₹1.5 crore commitment made on the show. The remaining investment came from more than 20 other investors, including several angel investors.
Following the funding, Bonkers Corner is estimated to be valued at ₹430 crore (approximately $48 million) on a post-money basis, according to industry estimates. The company has already received the funds in its bank account.
After the share allotment, India SME Investments holds a 15% stake, while Radhakrishna Ramnarain Pvt Ltd owns 4.14%. Namita Thapar holds a 0.37% stake, while founder Sanjay Gupta along with his wife Reena Gupta retains 70.62% ownership in the company.
Founded in 2020 by Shubham Gupta, the Mumbai-based brand focuses on streetwear apparel for both men and women. Its product portfolio includes oversized graphic T-shirts, gym wear, hoodies, sweatshirts, and co-ord sets.
For the financial year ending March 2025, the company reported ₹123 crore in operating revenue, reflecting 23% year-on-year growth, and recorded a profit of ₹4.3 crore.

Bonkers Corner operates in a competitive D2C fashion segment alongside brands such as Snitch, Rare Rabbit, MyDesignation, Bewakoof and The Souled Store, as it looks to expand its presence following the latest funding round.
