Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has entered into a growth agreement with Visa Worldwide Pte. Ltd, marking an important step in strengthening its prepaid card and digital payments ecosystem.
The agreement focuses on launching and promoting co-branded domestic prepaid cards on the Visa network, supported by incentives from Visa.
This collaboration aligns with Zaggle’s strategy to expand its product offerings and deepen its presence in the fast-growing digital payments and employee expense management space in India.
Under the agreement, Visa Worldwide Pte. Ltd. will incentivise Zaggle to launch and promote co-branded domestic prepaid cards that operate on the Visa network. The arrangement is categorised as a growth agreement and has a defined execution period of seven years.
While Visa is an international entity, the transaction itself is domestic in nature, as the products and services will be targeted at the Indian market. The incentives provided by Visa are aimed at driving card issuance, usage, and wider acceptance of Zaggle’s prepaid card solutions.
The partnership with Visa is expected to enhance Zaggle’s ability to scale its prepaid card business by leveraging Visa’s global brand strength, robust payment infrastructure, and wide merchant acceptance. Co-branded prepaid cards can help Zaggle attract new corporate and retail customers while increasing transaction volumes across its platform.
The agreement also supports Zaggle’s long-term growth objectives by enabling innovation in payment solutions for employee benefits, rewards, incentives, and expense management. With digital payments adoption continuing to rise in India, such collaborations are critical for maintaining competitiveness and relevance.
On January 1, 2026, Zaggle share price opened at ₹353.00, touching the day’s low at ₹348.60, as of 11:55 AM on the NSE.
