On April 27, 2026, Vikran Engineering executed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 49% equity in NOPL Solar Projects Private Limited.
The acquisition is valued at ₹4,90,00,000, with the consideration to be discharged in cash. This transaction aligns with Vikran Engineering's strategy to diversify its business operations and strengthen its foothold in solar power generation.
NOPL Solar Projects Private Limited, incorporated on May 20, 2024, is engaged in the development, operation, and maintenance of solar power projects.
The company is involved in a 969 MW (AC) grid-connected solar power project under Component C of the PM-KUSUM Scheme in Maharashtra.
With a paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000, NOPL Solar Projects has been actively executing solar power projects in the financial year 2025-2026.
The acquisition does not fall within related party transactions, and none of Vikran Engineering's promoter groups have any interest in NOPL Solar Projects.
The transaction is expected to be completed within 1 month from the execution date of the Share Purchase Agreement, subject to customary conditions precedent.

As of April 27, 2026, at 3:30 PM, Vikran Engineering share price on NSE was closed at ₹73.45 up by 4.75% from the previous closing price.
