
Vedant Fashions has released its financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026, showcasing notable changes in income and profit figures.
The company has also proposed a dividend, subject to shareholder approval.
In the March 2026 quarter, Vedant Fashions recorded a total income of ₹425.76 crore, marking a 9.3% increase compared to ₹389.49 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
However, this represents a 17.0% decrease from the ₹513.15 crore reported in the December 2025 quarter.
The net profit for the March 2026 quarter rose by 13.1% YoY to ₹114.30 crore, up from ₹101.11 crore a year earlier, but it decreased by 15.3% from ₹134.90 crore in the preceding quarter.
For the financial year 2026, Vedant Fashions' total income increased by 3.9% YoY to ₹1,529.00 crore, up from ₹1,471.64 crore in the previous year.
Despite the rise in income, the net profit for FY26 saw a decline of 3.3% YoY, amounting to ₹375.54 crore compared to ₹388.47 crore in FY25.
The Board of Vedant Fashions has recommended a final dividend of ₹7.75 per fully paid-up equity share of ₹1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
This recommendation is subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
