EBITDA for CY2025 increased 7.2% to ₹5,049.37 crore, while EBITDA margin stood at 23.3% compared with 23.5% in CY2024. PAT rose 16.2% to ₹3,062.04 crore, supported by volume growth and lower finance costs.
Dividend and Credit Rating Update
The board approved a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share of face value ₹2, subject to shareholder approval. During the year, CRISIL upgraded the company’s long term bank loan rating to CRISIL AAA with a Stable outlook.
