Swiggy: Launches ₹10,000 Cr QIP
Swiggy has rolled out a ₹10,000-crore qualified institutional placement (QIP). The floor price is set at ₹371 per share, which is around 6.8% below the last closing price of ₹398.05.
Tata Power: Activates New Transmission Line
Tata Power has brought its 400 kV Koteshwar–Rishikesh line into operation. This line will help carry 1,000 MW of hydropower from Uttarakhand’s Tehri–Koteshwar region to several northern states and UTs.
IndiGo: Asked to Cut Flights by 10%
The Ministry of Civil Aviation has directed IndiGo to trim its flight schedule by 10%. This follows the airline cancelling more than 2,000 flights last week due to issues with pilot rostering.
Pine Labs: Launches India’s First AI Bill-Payment Agent
Pine Labs’ subsidiary Setu has launched the country’s first AI-powered “agentic” bill-payment service on ChatGPT and Claude. It can retrieve bills, spot errors, and process payments automatically within user-set limits.
Zydus Lifesciences: Strategic Biosimilar Alliance
A Zydus subsidiary in the UAE has partnered with Formycon AG to exclusively license and supply FYB206, a biosimilar version of Keytruda, in the US and Canada.
Ola Electric: Only Firm With Operational Battery PLI Capacity
The government has confirmed that Ola is currently the only company under the battery production PLI scheme that has set up operational manufacturing capacity.
HUDCO: Board to Meet for ₹2,500 Cr NCD Issue
HUDCO will hold a committee meeting on December 12 to approve the issue of unsecured, taxable NCDs worth up to ₹2,500 crore through a private placement.
Highway Infrastructure: Wins ₹328.78 Cr NHAI Toll Project
The company has received an LoA from NHAI to manage and collect tolls at the Kaza Fee Plaza on the Chilakaluripet–Vijayawada stretch of NH-16.
JSW Energy: Awarded Toll Collection Project
JSW Energy also announced receiving a similar ₹328.78 crore LoA from NHAI to operate toll collection at the Kaza Fee Plaza on the same NH-16 section.
Graphite India: Signs Exclusive Deal With Spain’s Kivoro
Graphite India has entered an exclusive distribution agreement with Kivoro (Spain) for its graphene-based Heat Transfer Additive (HTA) in the Indian market.
