The Indian benchmark indices, Sensex and Nifty 50, are likely to open on a positive note on Monday, supported by stronger-than-expected Q2 GDP growth, even as global cues remain mixed.

HDFC Bank

The RBI has imposed a penalty of ₹91 lakh on HDFC Bank for breaching provisions of the Banking Regulation Act and for non-compliance related to interest rate norms, outsourcing policies, and KYC guidelines.

Lenskart

Lenskart reported Q2 performance, posting a 19.7% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹102.2 crore, along with a sharp 70.3% sequential increase.

NCC

NCC secured a major order worth ₹2,062.71 crore and additionally won three more orders in November totaling ₹530.72 crore.

Waaree Energies

Waaree Energies announced on November 28, 2025, that it has received a new order to supply 140 MW of solar modules to a domestic renewable energy developer, with delivery planned as a one-time supply in FY26.

Groww

Groww has invested ₹104.47 crore into its subsidiary, Finwizard Technology (FTPL), by subscribing to a rights issue.

Tata Technologies

Tata Technologies completed its €75 million acquisition of Germany’s Es-Tec Group ahead of schedule, strengthening its position as a global engineering and R&D partner for leading automotive manufacturers.

ICICI Bank

ICICI Bank has issued 3,945 non-convertible debentures (NCDs), each with a face value of ₹1 crore, amounting to a total of ₹3,945 crore, through a private placement to select investors.
