
Sanghvi Movers Limited has announced that its material subsidiary, Sangreen Future Renewables Private Limited, has been awarded significant new contracts in the renewable energy segment.
The work orders, received from independent power producers, underline continued activity in the clean energy infrastructure space and have been disclosed in line with regulatory requirements.
Sangreen Future Renewables Private Limited has secured work orders with a combined value of ₹428.72 crore.
The contracts have been awarded by prominent independent power producers and are linked to renewable energy projects, reflecting ongoing investment in the sector.
The company has made the disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The announcement also complies with the relevant SEBI Master Circular issued in November 2024, with detailed information provided as part of the regulatory filing.
The newly awarded contracts are expected to strengthen Sangreen Future Renewables’ order book.
As a material subsidiary of Sanghvi Movers, the development highlights the group’s growing involvement in renewable energy-related services alongside its core crane and logistics operations.
Sanghvi Movers Limited’s shares closed at ₹365.75 on 23 December 2025, registering a gain of ₹18.85 or 5.43% over the previous close.
The stock opened at ₹370 during the session and moved between a high of ₹377.95 and a low of ₹360.20. The previous closing price stood at ₹346.90.
