Reliance Industries Ltd has expanded Ajio Rush to more than 420 pin codes across 10 cities by the end of the December 2025 quarter (Q3 FY26), as per a filing.
Ajio Rush offers delivery within 2 to 4 hours for select fashion and lifestyle products. The company has not shared a city-wise or category-wise split of this service.
Ajio has also extended next-day delivery to 26 cities. This service is largely supported through Reliance Retail’s store network rather than standalone fulfilment centres.
The approach allows quicker dispatch in large urban markets. Details on the proportion of orders fulfilled through stores were not disclosed.
During the quarter, Ajio’s digital fashion and lifestyle business reported a 21% year-on-year increase in average bill value. The company said average bill value remains a key internal metric, as it shows revenue earned per transaction.
Orders delivered through Ajio Rush recorded bill values that were 50-60% higher, based on management commentary during the earnings call.
Reliance indicated that faster delivery timelines have influenced return patterns. Fashion ecommerce typically sees higher returns due to sizing issues and customers ordering from multiple platforms. The company said quicker deliveries reduce cancellations and returns compared with standard delivery windows.
The online fashion segment continues to be led by Ajio, Myntra and Nykaa. Myntra has expanded its M-Now service to over 940 pin codes.
Nykaa has also stated plans to widen the reach of its Nykaa Now service. Faster delivery has become a key area of focus across platforms as consumer use of quick commerce expands beyond groceries.
Ajio’s overall catalogue has grown to more than 2.8 million styles, showing a 27% increase from the previous year. The company said the expansion was driven by wider brand additions and seasonal launches. No data was shared on category-level growth.
Ajio Luxe reported a 41% year-on-year increase in brand count, while the number of options rose 21%. Reliance also shared an update on its partnership with Shein. The Shein India app crossed 6.5 million installs in the December quarter.
Launched in February 2025, the app offers over 50,000 styles produced and sold locally through a Reliance-owned entity.

As of January 20, 2026, at 10:49 am, Reliance Industries share price was trading at ₹1,407.20, a 0.45% decrease from the previous closing price.
As Ajio scales faster delivery services, operational focus remains on fulfilment reach, order value and return management. These factors are becoming more central as competition in online fashion tightens.
