
Persistent Systems has announced its audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
For FY26, the company recorded revenue of $1,654.4 million, marking a 17.4% increase compared to $1,409.1 million in FY25. In rupee terms, revenue rose 23.5% year-on-year to ₹147,484.5 million. This growth highlights strong demand across its service offerings and continued expansion in global markets.
Profitability also improved significantly. Earnings before tax (PBT) grew 32.3% to ₹24,112.1 million, while profit after tax (PAT) surged 33.2% to ₹18,651.2 million. The company maintained healthy margins, supported by efficient cost management and a strong deal pipeline.
In the March quarter (Q4FY26), Persistent Systems continued its upward momentum. Revenue stood at $436 million, registering a 16.2% year-on-year growth. In INR terms, quarterly revenue rose 25.1% to ₹40,559.4 million.
EBIT for the quarter came in at ₹6,591.6 million, reflecting both sequential and annual growth. PBT and PAT also witnessed steady increases, indicating sustained operational strength and demand visibility.
The company reported total contract value (TCV) bookings of $600.8 million for the quarter, along with annual contract value (ACV) of $445.1 million. These strong deal wins indicate continued client confidence and provide visibility for future revenue growth.
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹18 per share for FY26. This takes the total dividend payout for the year to ₹40 per share, compared to ₹35 per share in FY25. The increase in dividend reflects the company’s strong financial position and commitment to rewarding shareholders.
