The shares opened at ₹108 per share on the NSE SME platform, giving IPO investors an immediate 10% listing gain. Soon after listing, the stock moved up further to ₹111.20, a 2.96% rise from the opening price.
The IPO was a ₹44.97 crore book-built issue, entirely fresh, consisting of 45.88 lakh new shares.
The IPO was priced at an upper band of ₹98, valuing the company at ₹167.78 crore pre-issue. After the issue, the equity base expanded to 1.71 crore shares.
