Neochem Bio Solutions made an impressive debut on the stock market on December 9, listing at a 10.2% premium over its IPO price. The shares opened at ₹108 per share on the NSE SME platform, giving IPO investors an immediate 10% listing gain. Soon after listing, the stock moved up further to ₹111.20, a 2.96% rise from the opening price.

- Remaining funds for general corporate purposes
Vivro Financial Services acted as the lead manager, MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. as the registrar, and Rikhav Securities Ltd. as the market maker.
