KPI Green Energy has reported a significant increase in its consolidated total revenue for the December 2025 quarter, with a 45% year-on-year (YoY) rise to ₹676.05 crore. This growth is attributed to strong execution in power projects and increased energy generation.
The company's revenue from operations saw a 44.7% YoY increase, reaching ₹662.86 crore in the December 2025 quarter, up from ₹458.36 crore in the previous year. This was also a 4.5% rise from the ₹634.30 crore recorded in the September 2025 quarter. The growth was primarily driven by robust performance in power projects and higher energy generation.
Consolidated total revenue for the December 2025 quarter, with a 45% year-on-year (YoY) rise to ₹676.05 crore from 466.10 crore, while it also increased 5.4% QoQ from ₹641.14 crore in the Sep 2025 quarter.
Profit before tax surged 47.9% YoY to ₹169.97 crore from ₹114.95 crore, and experienced an increase of 7.7% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from ₹157.75 crore in September 2025. The decrease was due to higher finance and employee costs.
Net profit for the December 2025 quarter jumped 46.9% YoY to ₹125.80 crore, compared to ₹85.15 crore in the same period last year. However, it was up by 7.85% QoQ from ₹116.64 crore reported in the September 2025 quarter.

For the nine months ending December 2025, KPI Green Energy's consolidated revenue rose 64% YoY to ₹1,931.32 crore from ₹1,177.36 crore in the same period last year.
This reflects robust growth across power sale and captive power project segments. The net profit for this period increased 59.8% YoY to ₹353.76 crore, supported by higher operating leverage despite rising finance costs.
The Board declared a 3rd interim dividend of 4%, amounting to ₹0.20 per equity share of face value ₹5. The record date for this dividend is set for January 28, 2026.
