
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company reported a mixed consolidated financial performance for the December 2025 quarter, with a decline in net premium income but a notable increase in net profit.
In the December 2025 quarter, ICICI Prudential Life's net premium income fell by 3.7% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹11,809.26 crore, down from ₹12,261.37 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, the net premium income was largely flat, showing a marginal decrease of 0.3% from ₹11,843.10 crore in the September 2025 quarter.
Despite the decline in net premium income, ICICI Prudential Life's net profit (PAT) saw a significant rise. The PAT increased by 19.2% YoY to ₹387.15 crore in the December 2025 quarter, up from ₹324.91 crore in the same period last year. Additionally, the PAT grew by 30.8% QoQ from ₹295.83 crore in the September 2025 quarter.

For the 9 months ended December 2025 (9M FY26), ICICI Prudential Life reported an increase in net premium income by 4.10% YoY to ₹32,155.55 crore, compared to ₹30,890.24 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. The net profit for 9M FY26 also rose by 22.96% YoY to ₹983.98 crore, up from ₹800.24 crore a year ago.
