State-owned engineering consultancy firm RITES Ltd has announced that it will hold an investor meeting with Renaissance Investment Managers on March 6, 2026. The disclosure was made through a regulatory filing submitted to the NSE and BSE as part of the company’s compliance with SEBI disclosure requirements.

The meeting forms part of the company’s ongoing engagement with institutional investors and analysts, aimed at discussing business developments and improving transparency in communication with the market.

Investor Meeting Details

According to the filing dated March 5, 2026, the investor interaction with Renaissance Investment Managers will take place from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM on March 6, 2026 and will be conducted in person.

RITES clarified that the meeting has been scheduled in continuation of its earlier communication to exchanges dated March 4, 2026. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 and Regulation 46 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

The company’s filing was addressed to both stock exchanges where its shares are listed (the NSE and BSE) under the symbol RITES and scrip code 541556 respectively.

Discussions Limited to Public Information

RITES stated that only information available in the public domain will be discussed during the meeting. This is a standard requirement for listed companies interacting with investors to ensure that no unpublished price-sensitive information (UPSI) is shared selectively.

Investor meetings typically involve discussions on a company’s financial performance, industry outlook, growth strategy, and operational developments. Institutional investors often use such interactions to gain deeper insights into the company’s business model and long-term prospects.

By formally notifying exchanges about these interactions, companies ensure that all stakeholders (including retail investors) remain aware of such engagements.
