Hindustan Copper share price (NSE: HINDCOPPER) extended its rally for the fifth straight session and hit a fresh 52-week high of ₹430.50 in early trade on Wednesday.

What Is Driving The Sharp Rally?

The rally is mainly due to a surge in global copper prices. Higher prices are expected to improve the company’s margins, especially from its short-term buffer stock, which could boost earnings in upcoming quarters.

EV And AI Demand Lifting Copper Outlook

Rising interest in electric vehicles (EVs) and artificial intelligence (AI) is also supporting the stock. Copper is a key input for EV batteries and semiconductor manufacturing, increasing long-term demand for the metal.
