HDFC Bank has announced a final dividend of ₹13 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend will be paid after approval from shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Record Date Details

The bank has fixed June 19, 2026, as the record date. Shareholders who own the stock before this date will be eligible to receive the dividend.

HDFC Bank Dividend History

Before this final dividend, the bank had already paid:

  • ₹22 per share final dividend in June 2025
  • ₹5 per share special dividend in July 2025

The bank also issued bonus shares in a 1:1 ratio in August 2025. Since 2001, the bank has declared 27 dividends. In the last 12 months, total dividend paid stands at ₹27 per share.
