Delta Corp Share Price in Focus After Announcing Q4FY26 Results, Dividend and GST Concerns

Delta Corp share price is expected to remain in focus following the announcement of its Q4FY26 and full-year results, along with key developments around dividend payout and ongoing regulatory matters. 

Q4FY26 Earnings Results 

For Q4FY26, on a standalone basis, Delta Corp reported total income of ₹158.47 crore, compared to ₹146.54 crore in Q4FY25. Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹50.58 crore versus ₹59.35 crore in the same period last year, indicating a year-on-year decline. Profit before tax came in at ₹57.19 crore during the quarter.  

On a full-year basis, total income stood at ₹554.55 crore in FY26, down from ₹619.83 crore in FY25. Net profit declined to ₹118.21 crore compared to ₹185.31 crore in the previous year. Earnings per share (EPS) for FY26 stood at ₹4.41 versus ₹6.92 in FY25.  

Gaming operations remained the key revenue driver at ₹452.36 crore for the year, while hospitality contributed ₹47.61 crore.  

Dividend and Corporate Updates 

The board has recommended a final dividend of 50%, amounting to ₹0.50 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.  

The company has also proposed the appointment of M S K C & Associates LLP as statutory auditors for a five-year term.  

Regulatory And Business Impact 

Delta Corp continues to face significant GST-related litigation, with cumulative demands exceeding ₹24,959 crore across the company and its subsidiaries. The matter remains under legal review, with management maintaining confidence in a favourable outcome.  

Additionally, regulatory changes in the online gaming sector have impacted valuations, with the implementation of the Online Gaming Act, 2025 leading to a reduction of ₹378.34 crore in investment value through other comprehensive income.

Delta Corp Share Price Performance 

As of 22 April 2026, at 3:30 PM, Delta Corp share price closed at ₹69.00 per share, reflecting a surge of 11.87% from the previous closing price.
