BEML share price (NSE: BEML) fell up to 10% after the company announced its Q3 FY26 results. The stock was trading around ₹1,581, down sharply in afternoon trade, and has shown weak performance in recent months despite strong long-term gains.

BEML Net Loss Despite Revenue Growth

The state-run defence company reported a consolidated net loss of ₹22.38 crore in Q3 FY26, compared with a net profit of ₹24.41 crore in the same quarter last year.

However, revenue from operations rose 23.7% YoY to ₹1,083.27 crore, indicating improved business activity. At the same time, total expenses increased significantly to ₹1,112.54 crore, which impacted profitability.

Sharp Decline in Operating Performance

BEML’s EBITDA dropped 94% to about ₹4 crore from ₹60.4 crore a year earlier.
The EBITDA margin also fell sharply to 0.3% from 6.9%, showing pressure on operational efficiency.

Interim Dividend Announcement

Despite weak quarterly performance, the company declared an interim dividend of ₹2.50 per share (50% of paid-up capital) for FY26.

The record date for dividend eligibility is February 13, 2026.
