REC Ltd has decided to pay an interim dividend of ₹4.60 on or before February 27, 2026. The company has fixed February 06, 2026, as the record date for the dividend. 

REC said in an exchange filing, “Declaration of3rd interim dividend @46% (i.e. ~4 601- per equity share of face value of ~10/ - each) for the financial year 2025-26. Further, the record date for the said interim dividend is Friday, February 6, 2026 and the said interim dividend shall be paid on or before February 27, 2026 to those shareholders, whose names appear (i) as beneficial owners in the statement(s) furnished by the depository(ies) as on the close of business hours on February 6, 2026 in respect of shares held in electronic form; and (ii) as members in the register of members on February 6, 2026 in respect of physical shares.

Shareholders must hold shares in a valid demat account as of the record date to be eligible for the interim dividend.

REC Q3FY26 Earnings Highlights

REC sustained a healthy spread of 2.73% and a Net Interest Margin (NIM) of 3.52% during the period. Consequently, the annualised Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the period ended December 31, 2025, increased by 13% to ₹65.42, compared with ₹58.11 as of December 31, 2024.

The loan book continued its steady and sustainable growth, reaching ₹5.82 lakh crore from ₹5.66 lakh crore in the corresponding period. Driven by the Company’s consistent focus on strengthening the quality of its term loan portfolio (excluding RBPF and Stage-3 assets), the portfolio recorded a year-on-year growth of 10%. This strategic shift resulted in a significant reduction in the RBPF loan book and Stage-3 loan assets by 55% and 54%, respectively, over the same period.
