Advait Greenergy Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Advait Energy Transitions Limited, has inaugurated its Phase I alkaline electrolyser assembly facility with a capacity of 30 MW.
The facility was officially inaugurated on March 13, 2026, marking a significant step in the company’s efforts to strengthen its presence in the green hydrogen manufacturing ecosystem.
The newly inaugurated facility forms the first stage of a broader manufacturing roadmap that aims to create a 300 MW integrated electrolyser manufacturing complex.
The company plans to expand the project in multiple phases. After the commissioning of the 30 MW unit in Phase I, the capacity will be increased to 100 MW in Phase II, before eventually scaling to a fully automated 300 MW production facility in Phase III.
Electrolysers play a critical role in the production of green hydrogen, which is generated through electrolysis using renewable energy sources.
The project supports India’s broader push toward clean energy and hydrogen-based industrial solutions.
The facility aligns with the objectives of the National Green Hydrogen Mission, which aims to accelerate domestic manufacturing of hydrogen technologies and reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
The inauguration ceremony was conducted by Shalin Sheth, Promoter and Managing Director of Advait Energy Transitions Limited, with Ashwini Kumar, IAS, Principal Secretary of the Energy and Petrochemicals Department, attending as the guest of honour.
As of March 14,2026, Advait Energy share price is closed at ₹1,508.55 per share, reflecting a decline of 4.82% from the previous closing price.
With the commissioning of the Phase I electrolyser assembly facility, Advait Greenergy has taken an initial step toward building large-scale manufacturing capabilities in the hydrogen sector. The planned expansion toward a 300 MW capacity is expected to strengthen India’s domestic green hydrogen supply chain and support the country’s long-term clean energy transition.
