Benchmark indices extended losses on Tuesday. The BSE Sensex fell by 636.24 points to close at 80,737.51, while the Nifty 50 dropped 174.10 points, ending the day at 24,542.50.

Let’s take a look at the stocks that could influence market movement on June 4, 2025:

Ola Electric Mobility

Hyundai Motor and Kia Corporation have exited their investment in Ola Electric Mobility via block deals. Hyundai sold 10.8 crore shares at ₹50.70 apiece, amounting to ₹552 crore, while Kia sold 2.7 crore shares at ₹50.55 each, totaling ₹138 crore. Meanwhile, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius purchased 8.61 crore shares at ₹50.55 per share, investing ₹437 crore.

Alkem Laboratories

Jayanti Sinha, a promoter group member of Alkem Laboratories, plans to sell a 1.42% stake via a block deal worth approximately ₹825 crore. The shares will be offered at a floor price of ₹4,850 each, about 3% lower than the current trading price.

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail (ABFRL)

Flipkart, owned by Walmart, is likely to divest its entire 6% stake in ABFRL through a block deal estimated at ₹600 crore. The floor price is set at ₹80 per share, representing a 7% discount to the current market value. Goldman Sachs is facilitating the deal.

Wipro

Wipro has signed a multi-year strategic technology services agreement with Entrust, a global leader in identity-centric security solutions. The IT major will assist in modernising Entrust’s infrastructure, applications, and product development using generative AI and advanced analytics.

Techno Electric

Techno Electric has been selected as the Managed Service Data Centre Partner by RailTel Corporation of India for a 10MW data center project in Noida. The facility will be developed in stages on RailTel-owned land and executed on a revenue-sharing basis through an open tender process.

Sun Pharmaceutical

Sun Pharma announced that its experimental oral drug, SCD-044, did not achieve primary efficacy targets in two Phase 2 clinical trials for psoriasis and eczema. In one trial involving 263 psoriasis patients, the drug failed to produce a 75% reduction in symptoms as measured by the PASI score at 16 weeks.

Zydus Lifesciences

Zydus’s subsidiary, Zynext Ventures USA LLC, has agreed to acquire a 5.9% equity stake in US-based Agenus Inc. The $16 million deal involves the purchase of 2,133,333 common stock shares at $7.50 each. Completion is expected within 60 days, pending regulatory clearance.

Schloss Bangalore

Schloss Bangalore, operator of The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts, has secured a commercial plot in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) through a successful bid in an MMRDA auction. The consortium, which includes Schloss Chanakya Pvt Ltd and Brookfield-affiliated Arliga Ecospace Business Parks Pvt Ltd, submitted the top financial bid for Plot No. 80 in G Block.

Tata Technologies

Tata Technologies is among the key stocks to monitor amid broader interest in engineering and R&D services. Although no specific news was reported today, increased investor interest and prior performance trends keep it on the radar.

Conclusion
