DSP Mutual Fund has filed an offer document with SEBI for a new exchange-traded fund named DSP Nifty500 Flexicap Quality 30 ETF. The scheme is open-ended and will be available for subscription from September 25, 2025, to October 6, 2025. Units will be issued at ₹10 each during the offer period.
The fund seeks to generate returns that are in line with the performance of the Nifty500 Flexicap Quality 30 Index, subject to tracking error. The index focuses on a selection of 30 companies from the Nifty500 based on defined quality parameters. The scheme notes that there is no assurance of meeting this objective.
This scheme is classified under the “Others” category and belongs to the Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) sub-category. Being an ETF, units will be listed on stock exchanges and can be bought or sold in the secondary market. The Net Asset Value (NAV) will be calculated on a daily basis.
The minimum investment during the New Fund Offer is ₹5,000. The scheme does not specify an incremental investment amount, which is listed as ₹0. This allows investors to start with the minimum amount set.
The scheme has been labelled as “Very High Risk.” Investors considering this fund should be aware that returns will depend on the performance of a concentrated set of 30 quality-focused companies.
The fund will be managed by Anil Ghelani of DSP Mutual Fund. There is no exit load on the scheme, which means redemptions will not attract any additional charges.
