
The JioBlackRock Flexi Cap Fund made several portfolio changes in February, adding 12 new stocks while completely exiting 19 holdings, according to data released by ACE MF.
The portfolio reshuffle reflects the fund’s strategy of actively adjusting its holdings across sectors and market capitalisations.
During the month, the fund added nearly six lakh shares of Swiggy and 40,648 shares of Gujarat Gas to its portfolio.
Among the new additions, the largest purchase was in Sagility, where the fund bought around 28 lakh shares. This was followed by the acquisition of about 1.44 lakh shares of The Great Eastern Shipping Company.
Other stocks added to the portfolio include Aurobindo Pharma, Kalyan Jewellers, Honasa Consumer, Elgi Equipments, Zensar Technologies, Nippon Life India Asset Management, RR Kabel, and Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals.
The fund made a complete exit from Mahanagar Gas by selling 23,608 shares worth ~₹2.48 crore. It also sold around 7.91 lakh shares of Patel Engineering, 7.19 lakh shares of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited, and about 4.58 lakh shares of Canara Bank.
Other stocks exited from the portfolio included Lodha Developers, Raymond Lifestyle, Jindal Steel and Power, Indian Railway Finance Corporation, Avanti Feeds, Brainbees Solutions, and Go Digit General Insurance.
The fund increased exposure in 33 stocks during February. Notably, it added about 10.48 lakh shares of Indian Oil Corporation, taking its total holding to 28.38 lakh shares compared to 17.90 lakh shares in January.
It also increased holdings in stocks such as Jamna Auto Industries, Indraprastha Gas, Eternal Limited, HCL Technologies, Infosys, Reliance Industries, ITC, and TVS Motor Company.
At the same time, exposure was reduced in 21 stocks including PTC India, Lupin, State Bank of India, Hero MotoCorp, and Motilal Oswal Financial Services.

The portfolio of JioBlackRock Flexi Cap Fund consisted of 118 stocks in February, down from 125 stocks in January, with assets under management of ₹2,764 crore spread across 29 sectors. With allocations of 68.16% in large caps, 13.06% in mid caps, and 17.16% in small caps, the fund continues to maintain a diversified investment approach while actively adjusting its portfolio based on market opportunities and sector trends.
