ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has announced income distribution under the Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) option for two of its debt schemes: ICICI Prudential Medium-Term Bond Fund and ICICI Prudential All Seasons Bond Fund.
The record date for this distribution is set as January 8, 2026, or the next business day, if it is a non-business day.
The Trustee, ICICI Prudential Trust, has approved quarterly IDCW payouts under both schemes.
For the ICICI Prudential Medium-Term Bond Fund, the IDCW payout is ₹0.1560 per unit under the Quarterly IDCW plan and ₹0.1814 per unit under the Direct Plan – Quarterly IDCW, on a face value of ₹10 per unit.
For the ICICI Prudential All Seasons Bond Fund, investors will receive ₹0.1048 per unit under the Quarterly IDCW plan and ₹0.1264 per unit under the Direct Plan – Quarterly IDCW, also on a face value of ₹10 per unit.
Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) refers to profit distribution by mutual funds. When a fund generates a surplus, it may choose to distribute a part of it to investors instead of reinvesting it.
These distributions are made on a per-unit basis and can be scheduled at regular intervals such as monthly or quarterly.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund’s IDCW announcement benefits unitholders seeking regular income from their investments, especially those in debt funds.

The record date for both funds is January 8, 2026. If January 8 falls on a non-business day, the next business day will be considered as the record date. Only investors with units in the specified IDCW option as on the record date will be eligible for this payout.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has declared IDCW under two of its prominent debt schemes, offering quarterly payouts to eligible unit holders. These periodic disbursements provide an opportunity for income from the fund’s earnings, aligning with the needs of interest-seeking investors.
