Groww Mutual Fund has introduced the Groww Multi Asset Allocation Fund, an open-ended scheme designed to diversify across equity, debt, gold, and silver. The New Fund Offer (NFO) opened on September 10, 2025, and will close on September 24, 2025.

Investment Strategy

The scheme follows a multi-asset allocation framework to help investors reduce volatility while adapting to dynamic market conditions. It will maintain equity exposure above 65% to benefit from equity taxation, while the balance will be invested in debt instruments and commodities like gold and silver.

SHAASTRA-Based Asset Allocation

Fund managers will leverage SHAASTRA (Strategic Holistic Asset Allocation and Systematic Technical Risk Assessment), Groww Mutual Fund’s proprietary tool. SHAASTRA integrates macroeconomic indicators, market signals, and technical analysis to guide dynamic allocation.

Fund Management & Benchmark

The fund will be jointly managed by Paras Matalia, Kaustubh Sule, and Wilfred Gonsalves. It will be benchmarked against a blended index:

  • Nifty 500 Index - TRI (60%)
  • CRISIL Composite Bond Fund Index (30%)
  • Gold INR (5%)
  • Silver INR (5%)

Investor Details

Investors can start with a minimum ₹500 lumpsum or ₹100 SIP. An exit load of 1% applies on redemptions within 30 days, after which no charges are levied.
