Axis Bank reported a 26.4% year-on-year fall in net profit to ₹5,090 crore for Q2 FY26 due to higher provisions. The bank made a one-time standard asset provision of ₹1,231 crore for discontinued crop loan products, following the RBI’s advisory. These provisions are expected to be reversed once recoveries are complete by March 2028.
BEL secured fresh orders worth ₹592 crore since September 29, 2025. The contracts cover a variety of defence and technology solutions, including tank subsystems, communication systems, ship data networks, and train collision avoidance systems.
Delta Corp reported a 7% YoY decline in Q2 FY26 net profit to ₹25 crore, compared to ₹27 crore last year. Revenue remained almost unchanged at ₹182.7 crore, reflecting stable performance despite pressure on profitability.
Bharti Airtel has partnered with IBM to strengthen its recently launched Airtel Cloud platform. The collaboration combines Airtel’s data centre network with IBM’s AI and hybrid cloud technologies to help enterprises in regulated sectors such as banking, healthcare, and government scale their digital operations efficiently.
Waaree Renewable Technologies plans to diversify into data centres and battery energy storage systems to expand its clean energy portfolio. With an order book of 3.4 GW, the company expects execution over the next 12–15 months and continues to pursue bids exceeding 27 GWp.
Oberoi Realty reported a 28.9% YoY increase in Q2 FY26 net profit to ₹760 crore, up from ₹589 crore a year ago. Revenue from operations rose 34.7% to ₹1,779 crore, driven by strong demand in its real estate projects.
KEI Industries reported a 31.3% YoY rise in Q2 FY26 net profit to ₹204 crore. Revenue climbed 19.4% to ₹2,726 crore, supported by strong demand for wires and cables.
L&T Finance posted a 6% YoY rise in consolidated net profit to ₹735 crore in Q2 FY26. Revenue increased 8% to ₹4,335 crore, while net interest income improved by 10.3% to ₹2,403 crore, supported by steady loan growth.
SEBI barred eight entities and impounded illegal gains of ₹173.14 crore related to insider trading in IEX shares. The case concerns trading activities around July 23, 2025, when CERC announced measures to implement Market Coupling regulations.
